I just had no idea what happened to the stuff I returned. I would have found other things to do with it, OR I wouldn’t have purchased in the first place.

I’m SO done with buying things from Amazon (although I’ve not yet cut the cord to my Kindle subscription and to Prime because I like some of the programs). Jeff Bezos will do just fine without my purchases and I’m happy supporting other businesses, especially local ones in my little community.
